His acumen for harnessing emerging trends inspired him to create SIX & SIX PRIVATE ISLANDS—another truly transformative concept in the industry.
Arnaldo brings a deep understanding of realestate investment strategy to SIX & SIX PRIVATE ISLANDS. He joined Orca Holding in 2001 as the Group’s Chief Financial Officer, overseeing the company’s hotels and realestate development projects in Latin America. His expertise includes mergers and acquisitions, accounting, auditing, and international financing. Arnaldo manages Orca’s active global investment portfolio and oversees SIX & SIX’s financial performance.
Pierre-André is a seasoned hotelier with over 30 years of experience in the Indian Ocean, Asia, and Europe. Combining his guestcentric approach with a keen understanding of technology, he will be overseeing operational excellence, guest satisfaction and resorts performance at SIX & SIX PRIVATE ISLANDS. Pierre-André joined Orca Holding as Chief Operations Officer in January 2024, supporting the company’s growing hotel portfolio.
Marc is a seasoned hospitality professional with nearly 30 years in the luxury segment. As Director of Operations, Marc leads SIX & SIX PRIVATE ISLANDS’ pre-openings and oversees guest and staff experiences, operational excellence, CSR initiatives, and financial success. Previously, he led JW Marriott Maldives and held roles with Marriott, Jumeirah, Minor Hotels, and more across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
Edyta is a seasoned commercial strategist bringing extensive executive leadership experience across Asia and the Indian Ocean. She is leading the commercial and strategic partnerships team at SIX & SIX PRIVATE ISLANDS. Her commitment to excellence coupled with a deep understanding of global travel trends have solidified her reputation as a leader in the hospitality and travel sector.
Mercy is a seasoned marketing and communications leader with over a decade of experience in luxury hospitality and branding. She has led marketing teams across iconic properties in the Maldives, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East, driving brand strategy, and commercial performance. Known for her hands-on leadership and strategic thinking, she blends creative storytelling with an analytical approach. Mercy is a Chartered Marketer with a BA in Communications & Media. In addition to her corporate roles, she actively consults on brand development and is passionate about mentoring young talent in the marketing and hospitality space.
Renee has over two decades of luxury hospitality experience in the Maldives, Singapore, and New Zealand. Her organisational and operational excellence was cultivated at renowned resorts such as Otahuna Lodge, JW Marriott Maldives Resort & Spa, and Constance Halaveli, where she consistently elevated guest satisfaction and fostered strong stakeholder relationships. Renee holds a degree in Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Otago.
